What do I need to bring to my Bike Fit?

Your current bike which should be clean and in good working order, tires are inflated, bike shorts, cycling jersey or a tight t-shirt, cycling shoes, orthotics if worn in cycling shoes

NOTE:
In order to save valuable time please ensure that your cleats are cleaned and that you can loosen the screws. If the cleat screws are stripped/seized the cleats cannot be adjusted.

Please make sure that none of the following are seized : Seat post, saddle, stem, cleats and pedals.
